A bottomless pit

Negativity is a like a bottomless pit. Once you have entered, it requires extreme effort (read positivity) to come of out it.

So one should try to stay away from such pits.

Now if you really feel like writing, and you don't want anyone to read it, why don't you just write email to yourself.

I know this may sound mean, but that's the only way I could think of.
